4 YEAR OLD KID MAKE CHOCOLATE COOKIES WITH ME|HOW TO MAKE CHOCOLATE COOKIES|THAT GIRL
Today my 4 year old cousin and I are going to make the perfect homemade chocolate cookies! As my 4 year old cousin wanted to make cookies with me, we are going to show you how to make chocolate cookies and how to make nutty cookies in this video. My little cousin has tried his best. So, show him some love guys, please.
INGREDIENTS:
Butter- 120 g
Sugar- ½ cup
Egg- 2
Flour- 1.5 cup
Baking powder- 1 tbsp
Baking soda- ¼ tsp
Salt- ½ tsp
Chocolate chips- ½ cup (you can add 1 cup if you like more)
Nut- ½ cup
PROCESS:
In a mixing bowl, Take 120 g of room temperature butter and whisk it well. Then add ½ cup sugar and mix them together, whisk them until the butter turns white and don’t dissolve the sugar completely, keep 10% of the sugars granulated. It helps the cookie to spread nicely while baking.
Now add 1.5 cup all-purpose flour, ½ tbsp baking powder, ¼ tsp baking soda, ½ tsp salt. Shed all of them in the same bowl. Mix them all together. You will get a soft, light dough. Then divide the dough into half. Add ½ cup of chocolate chips in the first half and ½ cup of nuts in the second half of the dough. Now give them some round shape. They don’t need to be even or perfectly shaped. So, don’t worry about it. Now in a pre-heated oven( 230 degree celcius for 10 minutes) bake the cookies for 12 minutes in 200 degree celcius temperature.
Cool off your cookies after taking out them from oven. Voila! Your cookies are ready! Enjoy!
