Today we’ll be learning how to make delightfully delectable and delicious Vegan Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies. Similar to starbucks vegan chocolate chip cookies, but better 😉

Ingredients:
Dry
-2 cup flour
-1/2 tsp salt
-1 tsp baking soda
-1/2 cup white sugar
-1/2 cup brown sugar
-1 cup dark chocolate chips

Wet
-1/4 cup coconut oil
-1/4 cup almond milk (or alternative plant-based milk)
-1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:
1) In a large mixing bowl, combine all the dry ingredients together than mix all the wet ingredients until dough forms. Refrigerate dough for 30 mins

2) Preheat oven to 350f and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Scoop out your cookie dough (you decide on size) and bake for about 10-12 mins

3) Let the cookies cool before chowing down nom nom nom nom nom
