There are hundreds of chocolate chip cookies recipes out there. Everyone has their favorite! But in my mind this recipe is the easiest and really stands out. The magic ratio of brown to white sugar, while this seems like a small detail it makes a huge difference in the texture of the cookie. The brown sugar makes it crispy on the edges with a caramel scent while the white sugar provides that sweet gooey middle. I tested today’s cookie recipe over and over again to make sure they’re absolutely perfect before sharing the recipe.
Ingredients for this recipe are:
1. All purpose flour—————— 350gm/2 ½ cup
2. Baking soda———————— 1 tsp
3. Salt————————————- 1 ½ tsp
4. Butter ——————————– 200 gm
5. Granulated sugar—————— ¾ cup
6. Brown sugar————————- 1 heaped cup
7. Eggs————————————– 2 no’s
8. Vanilla essence———————– 2 tsp
9. Salt (for baking in stovetop)—- 1 cup
চুলায় ও ওভেনে চকলেট চিপ কুকিজ রেসিপি
উপকরণ:
১। ময়দা————————————— ৩৫০ গ্রাম / ২ ১/২ কাপ
২। বেকিং সোডা—————————— ১ চা চামচ
৩। নূন—————————————— ১ ১/২ চা চামচ
৪। বাটার/ মাখন——————————- ২০০ গ্রাম
৫। গ্রানুলাটেড সুগার/ granulated সুগার– ৩/৪ কাপ
৬। ব্রাউন সুগার/ Brown sugar————– ১ কাপ
৭। ডিম্——————————————- ২ টা
৮। ভ্যানিলা এসেন্স/ এলাচ গুঁড়ো———— ২ চা চামচ
৯। নূন——————————————– ১ কাপ cooker এ দেবার জন্য
