Subscribe For More Video Recipes 今回は、我が家の食パンの作り方をアップします！ スキムミルクや、バターはつかいません。 バターのかわりに、米油を入れます。 しかし、パンは十分おいしく出来上がりますよ！ スキムミルク、バターを使うと、風味が出たり柔らかさが出る効果があります。 ここは、お好みで入れて下さい(⌒‐⌒) 材料 強力粉 300g 砂糖 15g 塩 5g インスタントドライイースト5g ぬるま湯(30～35℃くらい) 185g 米油 15g 作り方 ①強力粉、砂糖、塩、ドライイースト、ぬるま湯をすべてボウルに入れて、まとまるまでしっかり捏ねます。 ②途中で米油を入れてまた捏ねます。 ③一次発酵のため、35℃くらいで30～40分置きます。 ④生地が1.5～2倍くらいになったら、ボウルから取り出し、ガス抜きをして、3等分します ⑤３等分した生地を軽くまとめて、生地を休ませるため10分くらい放置(乾かないようにふんわりビニールや濡れ布巾等をかぶせる) ⑥成形 ⑦二次発酵→40℃で40分～50分くらい ⑧生地が食パン型の八分目にきたら、オーブンを余熱して180℃で50分焼きます。(電気オーブン) ガスオーブンは、170℃。 Original of the video here Pancakes Recipes Waffles Recipes Pies Recipes Cookies Recipes Bread Recipes Back to home page
