How to make this Delicious and Yummy Korean Garlic Cream Cheese Bread recipe!!!
It’s a Trendy Korean Snacks or Street Food that you’ll gonna love it too!!

2 cups all purpose flour
2 tbsp melted unsalted butter
1/2 cup white sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
1/3 cup fresh milk
1 1/2 tsp yeast
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup melted butter
2 tbsp condensed milk +1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp chop garlic
1 tbsp chop parsley
1 small egg
12 pcs. kiri square cream cheese
3 tbsp sugar
4 tbsp fresh milk
HOW TO PREPARE:
1) in a bowl combine flour, yeast, salt mix it together
2)in the center add sugar, butter, vanilla, milk, egg mix it well together until combine, continue mixing using your hands( we nake sure our hands are clean) then transfer the dough in a working place continue kneading it sprinkle some flour if it is sticky, knead until it comes a soft dough
3) return it back in the same bowl cover with cling wrap and keep for 1/2 hour to double the size
4) Prepare the dippings by combining all the ingredients in a bowl the mix it well set aside
5) for Cheese Filling, put the cream cream cheese in a bowl mix it then add the sugar and mix together to combine then gradually add the milk while continue mixing until the cheese comes creamy. transfer your filling on a piping bag. ( i used a sqeeze container because i don’t have available piping bag
6) after 1/2 hour our dough is ready, take out and flatten in a working place like round shape and cut into pizza slice
7) take each slice and roll like a small ball size and arrange them all in a baking pan linen with a parchment paper
8) cover with a cling wrap let rest for 20 minutes more
9) beat 1 egg and brush on top of each bread and bake at 180°C for 20-25 minutes until lightly golden
10) let cool for a few minutes then slice the top and fill each bread slice inside with our cheese filling repait with remaing bread then dip in the garlic sauce that we prepare earlier.
