Mrs Harry just bought a new oven, and it is irresistible to practice baking.
哈利太太剛買了烤箱, 烘焙練習又刺熱起來.

Yogurt Bread
(Baking pan 18cm x 9cm x 9cm)
Ingredients:
Bread flour 250g
Sugar 20g
Salt 3g
Instant yeast 3g
Milk 80g
Plain yogurt 80g
Drinking water 40g (Room temperature)
Unsalted butter 20g
Egg liquid (for brush on)

**Preheat Oven**
**Bake 200C 15min + 170C 15min**

Remarks:
1. Use luke warm water if weather is cold. Use room temperature water if weather is hot.
2. Individual oven might have different characteristics, adjust baking temperature and time accordingly.

乳酪吐司
(模具: 18cm x 9cm x 9cm)
材料:
高筋麵粉 250克
糖 20克
鹽 3克
即溶酵母 3克
原味乳酪 80克
牛奶 80克
飲用水 40克 (室溫)
無鹽牛油 20克
蛋液 少許(掃面)

**預熱烤箱**
**烤焗 200度 15分鐘 + 170度 15分鐘**

備註:
1. 冬天天氣宜用暖水. 夏天天氣宜用室溫水.
2. 每個焗爐/烤箱有自己的個性, 可按其個性調節溫度和時間.
