How to Make Perfect Whole Wheat Bread: This whole wheat flour has a lot more fiber and nutrition than the more processed white flours. This is the perfect way to make whole wheat bread. This recipe very unique and perfect who want to make perfect bread for family or self. It’s an easy way no need to too much kneads just rest the dough for 12 hours or max 24 hours.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup warm milk (half coffee cup)
2 tbsp dry yeast
half tbsp salt and sugar
1 cup wheat flour
1/2 cup all-purpose flour/maida
1/4 cup corn starch
1/2 tbsp olive oil
Optional: rolled oats, black sesame
*bake in preheated oven on 180C for 25/30 min
* I’m using a microwave convection oven(temperature and time is completely dependent on power)
bake until it comes up with a golden and crispy layer.
