hey guys welcome to my channel thanks
for clicking on this video as you can
see by the title I’m doing a weekly WWE
freestyle eel prep and I wanted to kind
of just pop on here and do an intro but
you guys know a little bit about my meal
prep for the week it is a very easy and
fast meal profile at a time
this week but I still wanted to share
some recipes with you so I did only make
like three things I think yeah three
things okay so for breakfast I made
turkey sausage links super easy that I’m
going to be having with scrambled eggs
I didn’t meal prep the scrambled eggs I
just make them fresh that morning it
takes me three minutes so if you don’t
have the time to do in the morning you
could make your scrambled eggs the night
before and then for lunch and dinner I
kind of made the same thing for both
depending on if I’m going to want to eat
it for lunch or dinner
it’s just steak garlic parmesan steak
bites with collard greens and
cauliflower mashed potatoes so that
could be eaten for my lunch or my dinner
so that’s why I only did one recipe and
then for my sweet tree I made a brownie
pudding bread this is a little bit
different because it’s kind of like a
brownie mix with bread fix with pudding
so it made a pudding bread it’s so good
I just wanted to let you guys know
though it it does kind of fall apart if
you don’t let it cool all the way so let
it cool all the way and know that the
inside is going to be extremely moist
like pudding because that’s what it’s
meant to be like because I put putting
in it so when you put pudding mix in
something it’s gonna get that pudding
texture so it’s really good if you put
it in a bowl microwave it for like 10 12
seconds and then I made protein brownie
batter for the top I could use
ready-whip or Cool Whip which I will
leave the recipe for that down below as
well if you guys are interested in
trying that yourself it’s really good
it’s high in protein low in fat low in
sugar low and
herbs and it’s really good on the bread
so that is it for this meal prep I hope
you guys enjoy and thank you guys so
much for watching please make sure if
you like this video give it a thumbs up
subscribe down below hit that
notification bells so you know every
time I post a video and don’t miss out
and thank you guys so much for watching
and I hope you’re drunk see you guys
next time
alright Joey show me the breakfast
sausages you made I need you guys to
comment in the comment section and let
her know how beautiful my turkey patties
came out my turkey wing circuit poops
they are beautiful what did you use like
you’d buy it at the store right you used
Market pantry Target brand turkey
breakfast sausage the ones that come in
like the big wings casing and he divided
them up into servings so we have those
like the Chuck roll that’s what you call
it and those and I’m gonna cook those in
the pan for breakfast
so I’m gonna cook these up and then with
breakfast I’m just gonna have eggs for
the week so I can’t really show you that
and the meal prep because I make my eggs
just fresh in the morning but I am doing
more of like a buffet style which I
mentioned before I’m just getting all
this stuff prepped up early you could
eat these just plain or you could wrap
them up with some eggs in like a burrito
with some cheese like make a breakfast
burrito so you kind of have some options
with this
[Music]
all right for the next recipe I’m going
to be making some cauliflower mashed
potatoes so you’ll need a head of
cauliflower I can’t believe it’s not
butter I’m going to be using some
parmesan grated cheese minced garlic
salt pepper and garlic and onion powder
and some dried parsley so first things
first obviously cut your cauliflower
want to cut your cauliflower up and kind
of smaller pieces
and then I’m just adding it to a pan I
have over here because we are going to
be boiling the cauliflower to make it
soft all these little pieces you’re
still going to put in the pot so don’t
worry if it crumbles up and looks a mess
okay now I’m going to go ahead and add
the water to this and get it to boil and
you’ll want to boil it until it’s soft
but usually could take up to like 25
minutes but everyone’s stove is gonna be
different I have a gas stove
oh my time is around 25 minutes all
right guys here is the cauliflower it’s
steamin I drained it into a blender so
you will be blending the cauliflower and
with that cauliflower I did take some of
the water that I cooked it in just so
that we can add a little bit into here
there’s like pieces of cauliflower but
instead of like milk I’m just gonna use
the water to just add a little bit of
water you might need to add more once we
start going next I’m going to add two
tablespoons of the grated cheese this is
a half a tablespoon so I’m going to need
that for these
[Music]
three and four all right step two
tablespoons of the grated cheese and
then we’re going to take some minced
garlic I’m going to add one whole
tablespoon of garlic I like garlic I
think it tastes really good with the
mash all right next you want to add some
pepper a little bit of sea salt onion
and garlic powder
and we’re gonna add some dried parsley
next we’re going to add some butter
spray for the butter I’m not going to
spray it because it just takes too long
I’m adding one tablespoon of the butter
in here because this is a pretty big
amount of cauliflower so I’m gonna add
one tablespoon of the butter and then
we’re gonna go ahead and blend this up
into like a mashed potato form and you
might need to add more liquid just
depending on your blood that’s good I
don’t like it too smooth I like it kind
of chunky that looks pretty good to me
all right now I’m get out into a bowl
oh yeah looks like mashed potatoes kind
of just make sure everything’s good I
think this is a perfect texture there
might be a little bit of chunks but I
like that yeah overall it’s pretty
smooth perfect okay so that will be a
side with the collard greens and I’m
also gonna be making some steak bites so
I will show you guys that once it’s done
all right guys next with the cauliflower
mash I’m gonna have a side of green so
for this week screens is cod greens so
instead of ham I’m just gonna use it
some turkey bacon and what I do is I’ll
cook about four slices four to five
slices of turkey bacon in a cast iron
and let it get all the I guess grease if
you want to call that from the turkey
bacon and the flavor and then I cut them
up into little pieces and I just cook my
collard greens and that with a little
bit of beef broth salt pepper garlic and
onion powder and some butter spray and
I’ll also probably use a little bit of
olive oil spray so what you need to do
first is wash and cut your collard
greens okay so I just cut them into
strips
like this size and if they break up they
break up fine so just start cutting them
into little strips and place them into
your bowl all right this is going to
take me forever so I’m going to go ahead
and just fast-forward to the next clip
but pretty much just cutting my collard
greens and strips the collard greens I’m
going to add some extra virgin olive oil
spray
kind of go heavy on that since this is
so much collard greens and then we’re
gonna cook we’re gonna do all right
we’re gonna do four slices of turkey
bacon let that cook and get pretty
crispy and then we’re gonna cut it up
with scissors okay so I’m gonna let this
just kind of simmer down and then I’m
gonna add one more 1/4 cup of beef broth
once this gets like wilted down and I
will spray a little bit more butter on
there just because the underside didn’t
get coated with butter so it’s kind of
like layering it with flavor
it might need more seasoning as you go
so this is how I do it and it’s yummy so
I’m gonna let this cook down and then I
will add more beef broth and some butter
and just kind of keep letting it cook
through
alright guys the collard greens are done
so I’m gonna turn this pan off I am
going to be cooking something else in
this pan so I’m gonna leave it on the
stove I’m just gonna take the color
greens out
[Music]
in here I have some portobello mushrooms
and top round steak that I cut up into
little bites so we’re gonna make that
and I’m going to add some minced garlic
we’re doing one big tablespoon of that
you know what actually I’m going to just
use this up that’s like probably a
tablespoon and a half wash off your
tablespoon I’m gonna add one tablespoon
of Parmesan cheese I’m gonna add a
little bit of this roasted garlic and
herb mccormick seasoning and a dash of
sea salt and then just give that a good
mix and I just like to make this simple
and easy sometimes in a busy week when I
don’t have a lot of time I make a big
buffet style meal prep and it’s just a
lot faster this is really easy to make
and it’s delicious especially all of
this together is like a perfect
combination all right in the same pan
I’m not going to have to do any dishes
so I’m just going to spray this with
some spray
turn it on let it get a little bit hot
and then we’re going to go ahead and add
the steak bites in alright I’m going to
add these steak bites and mushrooms into
the air just spread that out all right
we’re just gonna let this cook up until
it’s done easy-peasy
alright the steak bites are done they
look so good there’s the mushrooms in
there garlic and Parmesan so I think
that looks so good so this is kind of
what we got going on here so I’m going
to measure out a half a cup of the
cauliflower mash as a serving and then
I’m also going to do a half a cup of the
collard greens as a serving
[Applause]
and then for these state bites I’m going
to do one third cup as a serving so that
is what it should look like of course
you could make the servings bigger if
you want more but this is just what I’m
gonna pack up I feel like that’s a good
portion all right guys here it is all
packed up in its little containers I
have it all portion out and I’m going to
go ahead put the lids on and pack it up
all right guys I’m going to be making a
pumpkin chocolate fudge bread so what
I’m using is the Pillsbury a sugar free
brownie mix in chocolate fudge flavor
I’m going to be using a little bit of
sugar-free vanilla pudding mix you’ll
need 1 egg a hundred percent pure
pumpkin a little bit of water we’re
going to use water instead of oil and
then instead of apple sauce I use one
smushed up mashed up banana so we’re
going to go ahead and do that as well
and let’s just start ok so in this bowl
I’m gonna be mixing everything so it’s
fine to just mash the banana in here you
want to make sure your banana is pretty
ripe so that it’s easier to mush down
together so just go ahead and smash it
down and it will kind of release like an
oily texture kind of like apple sauce
bananas are zero points so you don’t
have to worry about that
all right as you can see the banana is
kind of like oily in a way so I think
this works out really well one
tablespoon of the vanilla pudding
add your egg go ahead and add your whole
can of pumpkin and then next I’m going
to add a little bit of butter like 1/2
cup
my pan pour my batter in
alright then I go pop this into the oven
fingers crossed it turns out okay
alright the chocolate pumpkin bread is
done and it’s kind of just cooling off
so once it’s cooled I am going to pop it
onto a cutting board and cut it up and
divide it I think that’s how I should
probably do it but it smells delicious
and it looks really pretty so I’m just
gonna let it cool and then I’ll show you
the inside all right guys the brownie
bread is done I guess that’s what I’m
gonna call it I mean it was an
experiment I thought it was going to be
more bread light but since I added the
pudding and the pumpkin puree
it’s very spongy if you can tell but
it’s really really good so it made eight
slices and I put it in aluminum foil so
it could just sit here and cool and then
I think I’m gonna kind of like stack
them together and wrap it in a little
bit of foil that’s just the easiest for
me it doesn’t get any like condensation
on it so that’s what they look like they
honestly look really good and they taste
really good too so
and I will see you in my next one hi
guys
