everyone welcome back to poker one ofthis my name’s Ethan and today we weremaking bread using only two ingredientsflour and water now before this videostarts I’d like to give a shout out toWayne at the high tide venture companyhe’s been suggesting I do something likethis for quite a while so this apini wayif you’re out of here let’s get startedyou wanna get flour now for each personand then we just do one extra at the endso we’re going to be serving people justgonna add a pinch of salt this isoptional you see pictures also got somebasil which we if you don’t have to dothis you cannot any herbs big if youwant to I’m probably not going to useall of thisyou gotta keep stirring it until it’skind of bonded together we’re gonna keepadding more water just a little bit toomuch as you can see it’s starting tobond more together but we’ll need a bitmore time and a bit moreI’ll see you when it’s all done onceyou’ve finished stirring it remember toget a nice a nice consistency it’s gottabe bonded together but not wet andsticky so you might need to add someflour and some point some water in butonce you’ve got like a nice dummytexture and it’s looking a bit like thatthen what you’re going to do is put iton a floured surface maybe even cookiehands in flour if you need to so itdoesn’t stick and then start kneading itdoubling it over kneading it doubling itover and keep doing that until all ofthe pieces aren’t fully put together andthere’s air in it’s a little big nicelyso then once that’s done you wanna tearoff palm sized chunks and then put theminto a ball shape it’s nice then flattenit out using your palms can’t be toothin but it can’t be too thick either soyou wannacan actually add a little bit more toLex I don’t think I did enough so thisone it’s probably a little bit too thickso we’re gonna in that out a lotjust like thatso about that thin that one is ready togo we’ve got the chimney are going sowe’re gonna put them over there ifthere’s a bit if you’re cooking it on afire like that there’s probably gonna besome black bits there that’s just a charI think it makes it taste we’ll keepmaking these and we’ll show you how tocook them over the fire so with all thebits of bread or fully needed andeverything we just put them over thechimney so you should just let them bakeuntil they turn until they go likehardened like a golden brown color andso here we have the end result we’ve gotsmall just baking just finishing off andthese the ones that we’ve done so lookoh they smell really nice they do tolook about oh look at the steam comingoff them they look pretty well cooked aswell you can see the basil in them
