what’s up peeps this will be firstinstallment of Viking baking 101 this ismy niece faith who begrudgingly iswearing a breastplate right now eventhough she really doesn’t want to andit’s fine because quite honestly we havenothing else to do so this is happeningI’ve made bread many times before butthe whole point of this is to showsomebody who has never made bread thatthey can in fact do this so I’m gonnastep back and I’m gonna let faith do itI’m just gonna read out the instructionsin each[Music]that’s three and you are going to add inone two three salt sorry sounds like aand sugar 2 and 1/3 tbspnow you’re going to mix in one eggand you’re going to mix and threetablespoons of oil now we’re gonna dowe’re gonna grab two and you’re going to[Music]Lesly experiencing wyfold and all thatstuff on the sides you gotta keep goodput that back in there there’s anadditional two cups of flour in here asyou seelet’s show everybody here at this pointpretty goopy and that’s cool so yougonna keep stirring I get all the lumpsout we’re just gonna keep adding itlittle by little the outside incan I just show you so a folder it’s notlike stirring it on because there’s allthat wet surface underneath you want totry to get all that flour you see it’salready starting to be less seen herbalif you treat it like an omelet thenyou’re just an extra cup and a half[Music]start to dry out can I get your hands inthere they have been properly washed bythe way through see it’s all streammm-hmmdon’t separate it stringy like that fromunderneath don’t simply keep yourfingers got the whole thing now flip itover and push it down with your nose sosame thing fold it overlet’s get a little bit closer to thecamera now so you see what’s going onsee it’s starting to look a little moreokay when you push down try to use yourknuckles instead of your fingersnotice it’s not really sticking to myhands okaywipe your pants off first and then we’llcontinue okay all right well she’swashing your hands again we’re gonnatake this massive pile of doughwe’re going to flatten it out now we’rejust doing keep folding it over untilit’s cousins right because you’ll findthat there’s still sticky parts to itand you want to get those into the flourdon’t want to finish this cuz I want herto[Music]it is called meeting you see it’s twoparts for the dry parts we’re still alittle tacky what you wanna do is throwit in there and then grab an edge flipit over yeah you use your palms and youpush all that air act same thing and youjust keep flipping it over you go to thebig toe and increase the entire insideof the popshow many times are you supposed to dothisOh until it’s feels dry it’ll feel dry Iknew like the more air you push out ofit the fluffier it’s in command Eppiewhen I was a kid and I used to do thisbecause I was always making my own breadmy bread was you can feed an army withit because it was a brick it was sodense the outside was crispy and fluffyand then just a little bit in the insidewas always still kind of doughy and willgive you the recipe for these at somepoint – these are actually black beanbrownies if you open you do umit becomes relatively unusual yeah[Music]you’re making a mess yeah you reallywant to start that pandemic or not Iwill be putting container full of butterthere so you should be able to push onit right here and you eat a little bitof spring back because there’s no wayyou’re left in it you’ll notice when youshould stop needing it’s when it stopsgoing together so now we’re gonna make anice uniform ball mmm no and I thinkthis ball we’re gonna put itand we have divaldo greasy and thenwe’re gonna take this go because we’reawesome like that we’re gonna put itover top we’re gonna leave it sitthe first reason we do that is becauseit meets the yeast needs time toactivate and it’ll double in sizebasically and we’ll come back I won’t doanother video on how to knead it cuzthat process that we just did we’regonna need to do that like three timesso the first one is our ugly so we’llcome back in an hourand push all the air out of it a littlebit more flour as we go turn it over andthen we’re gonna come back and do itagain you were a ridiculous child youknow okay alright you wanna hit stop orsay bye to the beat
