Vikings making bread – video #2

3 cups white flour to start
1 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons sugar
2 1/3 tablespoons yeast

1 egg
3 tablespoons oil
2 cups warm water

Additional 3 to 4 cups flour added during folding and kneading.

Margarine or butter for brush on when complete.
