40% wholemeal flour
40% white bread Flour
20% 00 flour
Liquids Ferment 30% of your flour
Beer as your dough will demand
plus I used
Garlic, Thyme, Rosemary and 2% of salt of the whole amount of the flour
100gr Brown sugar
