This is an easy and delicious vegan banana bread recipe that everyone should try. Ingredients are listed below.
Recipe makes a 9inch banana bread
1. 4 ripe bananas (the riper the better)
2. 2 tsp vanilla extract
3. 1 tsp baking soda
4. 2 tsp baking powder
5. 1/4 tsp salt
6. 1 tsp nutmeg
7. 1 tsp cinnamon
8. 1-3/4 cup flour
9. 1/3 cup sugar
10. 1/4 cup oil
11. 1/2 cup chocolate chips, raisins, walnuts, etc (optional)
12. Wax paper/ parchment paper for the bread pan
1. Bake bread at 350F for 45-60 min
2. Check bread at the 35 min mark, then the 45 minute mark
3. If the bread starts to get too brown at the top, use foil paper to cover the top after it gets to the desired darkness that you like.
4. Let bread cool on a cooling rack after you take it out the oven. Remove the parchment paper first.
