Steamed Bread Rolls || Bread Pakora || Bread Dhokla || How to make bread dhokla || healthy snacks

Here I come with recipe of steamed bread roll. They can be prepared in just 15 minutes and super Healthy. They are made from whole wheat Bread and prepared without frying. They are very light, quick and easy which can be served in breakfast or as an evening snack.

Ingredients for Potato Mixture

1 Potato (boiled)
2 TSP Oil
½ TSP Chiili powder
½ TSP Garam Masala
1 TSP Mango Powder
Salt to Taste

Method :
Heat oil in a pan, add potato and all spices and sauté them for 1-2 minutes

Ingredients for Besan Mixture
½ Cup Besan
½ TSP Turmeric powder
1 TSP salt
1 TSP Oil
¼ Cup Water

In a mixing bowl add besan, all spices & Water. Whisk well and let it rest for 5 minutes.

Ingredients for bread Rolls

Green Chutney
Tomato ketchup

Method to prepare Bread Rolls

• Take 2 brown breads and trim there edges
• Roll them with rolling pin
• Put water and join one edge of bread to other
• Apply green chutney on one bread slices and tomato sauce on other bread slice
• Put prepared potato mixture on both slices
• Start rolling bread from one edge and make tight roll.
• Dip roll in besan mixture and put in greased steamer
• Steam for 5 minutes and than let it cool
• Cut into thick slices to roast them

Ingredients for Roasting steamed bread rolls

2 TSP Oil
1 TSP mustard seeds
8-10 Curry leaves
1 green chilli

Roast slices of bread roll for 4-5 minutes
Serve them with mint chutney and red chutney
