Ingredients
Bread Flour/ Plain flour 300g
Egg 2 (approx.60g/each)
Salt 3g
Yeast 4g
Sugar 20g
Butter 25g
Greek Yogurt 100g (quite thick texture)

Egg wash/1 egg
Butter 10g for brushing

⚠️Tips:

—Please add yogurt slowly and adjust amount according to its thickness and water content.

—Cover with high temperature resistant plastic wrap
1. Steam for 30 minutes with boiling water (with cold water 40 minutes)
2. Turn off heat and wait for 5 minutes before take out

黄油25克
希腊酸奶100克 (属于比较厚稠类型)

蛋黄液 适量
黄油10克(擦面包用)

⚠️小贴士:

请慢慢添加酸奶并根据酸奶的含水量适当增减用量。

用耐高温保鲜膜盖住面包上锅蒸
1. 开水蒸30分钟 (冷水上锅蒸40分钟)
2. 关火后等5分钟再取出 (防止回缩)
