Who doesn’t love fresh, hot, bread straight from the oven? That is why they sell the par-bake bread in the stores. This bread is so much better than any of that. It’s a great compliment to a protein & vegetable dinner when you aren’t craving another starch and it is really easy to make, with a little planning of course.
Prep Time: About 10-15 minutes (plus 12+ hours for proofing)
Cook Time: About 30 minutes for loaves; About 45 minutes for rounds.
1 Cup Sourdough Starter
6 Cups Bread Flour
3 Cups Water
1/4 tsp Active Dry Yeast
1 tsp Salt
Yields 2 Loaves or 2 Rounds
