Sourdough bread with linseeds | boost your immune system
#Sourdough #bread with #linseed is healthy and delicious. The nutty taste of linseed contains high levels of omega-3 fatty acids and magnesium. Furthermore, linseed strengthens our immune system in a natural way.
It is something very special, magical and creative to bake your own bread.
Sourdough, water, salt and flour are enough to bake a delicious bread.
To get a crispy crust, the bread should be baked in a steam oven. The same can be achieved with an iron pan, a bowl or a brick.
I wish you a lot of fun while baking!
