hey everybody welcome back to my channelwhat I have here is a little bit overthree cups of all-purpose flour to thatI’m gonna add in one cup of warm waterthis is a hundred and ten degreesFahrenheit and I’ve actually measuredthe temperature of the water I’m gonnaadd in a quarter cup of granulated whitesugar and then I’m gonna add in twoteaspoons of instant dry yeast right inthere I’m gonna get this onto my machineand I just want to start mixing thisaroundI’m going to add in 1/4 cup of vegetableoil and that’s 60 grams by the way andthen I’m gonna add in one egg and Ialways use large eggs in all of myrecipes get that mixing this is a reallysuper easy recipe but it yields anamazing dinner rolland then I’m gonna add in my lastingredient which is a quarter teaspoonof saltright in thereand at this point I’m going to let mymixer go for a good six to seven minutesso here we are this is about sevenminutes later my dough looks amazing soI’m just gonna bring it out remove ourKitchenAid mixer of the way I’ll showyou how nice this dough is just get inthere just get right off of our littledough hook this is the old-style doughbook this is called the C and I do havea video illustrating the differencesbetween the spiral and the old-styleC hook like this but you can see itstill does a nice dope KitchenAid usedthis style for many many years beforethey switched over to the new spiral I’mjust gonna grab him with my hands andjust get it all out you don’t want tohave a super dry dough if you do itwon’t rise as well so at this point wewant to keep our dough nice and moistyou can use a brand new bowl but what Ido all the time when I’m not filmingI’ll just take my original bowl I’m justgonna grab a little bit of spray I’mgonna spray that in there a little bitof oil so if you don’t have cookingspray just take a little bit of oil andjust oil it you can use your hands or alittle paper towel or a little brush sothat is oiled just grab my bench scraperthat’ll just make it a little bit easieryou can see how nice this dough isreally nice dough so I’m just gonna getthat into a nice balland then right into the bottom and now Ijust want to spray that on the top justto keep it moist and there we have it solet’s take a beginning look to see whatit looks like and now I’m gonna cover itand I just want to leave it there forabout an hour I just want it to getlarger in size so this is about 45minutes later and I’m just gonna grab mynice dough I’m gonna bring it out andyou can see that it’s kind of opened upit’s a little bit less firm therethere’s a lot of energy and activitygoing on there with the east and at thispoint I’m just gonna grab my littlebench cutter and I just want to cut allof these into little balls so if youdon’t have a little bench scraper likethis you can just use a knife you justwant to try to get them into equal balls1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 I have a 9 inch squarepan here and I just oiled it a littlebit then I’m gonna take each one oftheseand I’m gonna just start placing theminto the middle so just bring them upmake little balls and just start placingthem I started in the middle you canstart on the side if you wish sobasically the same technique as if youwere making a little dough ball forpizza if you like pizza I have lots ofrecipes on my channel hereand if you want to be really accurateyou can get out your scale and you canweigh out each ball and then just taketake and add to each ball until you getequal you know ball sizes and weightsthat’s goodand then I’m just gonna spray the topagain to keep all of the dough ballsmoist so there we have it so I justsprayed these so they’re nice and moistand then again my little tea towel and Ijust want to let these sit and rest forat least a half an hour so I’ll do thatand then I’ll come back in a little bitso this is about 45 minutes later and weare ready to go you can see that they’veblown up a little bit I’ve just taken anegg and just mixed it with a fork andnow I’m just gonna get this all over thetop this is gonna give it a really niceBrown appearance this is optional but itdoes make your final product looking alot nicerso my oven is going right now 350degrees Fahrenheit and I’m gonna bakethese about 20 minutes mmm looks nicego now I’m gonna pop these into my ovenand I’ll come back when they’re baked sohere we go right out of the oven exactly25 minutes at the 20-minute mark Iwasn’t too happy with the Browning ontop so an extra five minutes and to methese look really really goodat this moment they’re extremely hot soI’m gonna let them cool down and I’llcome back and show you the final productin a little while now that my dinnerrolls have completely cooled let’s justget them right out of the pan and youcan see that they don’t stick at allthey just come right out flip it over soyou can see the bottom how nice that isand there we have it these smell amazingI wish you could be here to smell thiswith me so of course we’re gonna justtake one of these off and you can seeright away how nice these are I’ll justbreak right into it look at this Ohlook at thathmm all I can say is these are amazinganytime I have spaghetti I make theseand there are none left over look atthat I
