Secrets To Make Soft Bread Rolls| Baking | Cooking | VECX Food TV

Hi guys! Welcome to my channel. Today’s bread recipe is pretty simple and easy to make. You have the option to make it using a mixer or by hand. This bread rolls are great if you’re planning to make sandwiches or simple put butter and eat with your soup. It is so soft and could last for 5 days in room temperature. It is still soft even if you keep it in the fridge. Try it and you’ll be glad you did. Happy baking!!!

Ingredients:
8g salt
40g sugar
10g powdered milk
500g bread flour
5g yeast
330g water
30g unsalted butter, softened
*2tbsp flour to sprinkle (optional)

Oven temp: 350F. Bake for 20-21 minutes.
Pan: Optional. You can use whatever available pan you have.
