Rustic Wholemeal Bread Loaf – Simple & Easy!

Crispy crust & Soft/Fluffy interior Rustic Wholemeal Bread Loaf with multigrain recipe.

Hi guys , this is how I roll my baking at home , no fancy settings or equipment’s .I enjoy the whole process of baking bread & happy to bake this healthier version bread recipe with all the seeds and grains ,for my family. And I love the Loaf Rustic look too . You do not need a bread loaf pan to bake this bread . You can use any flat baking pan and shape you bread in any way you like it .

Ingredients :
250 g wheat flour
250 g wholemeal flour
2 tsp instant yeast
2 tbsp brown sugar/white sugar ( you can skip this if don’t prefer sugar )
1 tsp salt
3 tbsp vegetable oil/olive oil
300 g water
2 tbsp poppy seed ( you can use any seeds or grains that you like)
1 tsp sesame seed for toppings
1 tsp poppy seed for toppings
1 tsp to grease your bowl for proofing so that the dough doesn’t stick Oil/Butter to grease your baking pan.

Instructions:
1. Mix all the ingredients .
2. Knead the dough for approx 10 mins .
3. Cover with plastic wrap and leave it at warm area and proof it for 1 hour or more or until it double it’s size ( Depending on your room temperature).
4. Punch down the dough to release all the gas bubbles & shape your dough as shown in the video or you can shape it they way you like it.
6. Grease the pan with oil /butter so that the bread doesn’t stick when you bake it & easily to remove the baked bread from the pan.
7. Proof it again for 1 hour or until it double it’s size .
8.Sprinkle the seeds on top of dough and spray with water so that it will stick on it.
9. Baked it in the pre-heated oven for 30 mins at 200 degree C .
