350g or 1.5cups bread flour
5g or 1Tsp dry yeast
21g or 1.75 Tbsp Sugar
21g or 1.75 Tbsp butter
6.5g or about 1.25 Tsp salt
180 c.c./ml water
35 c.c./ml milk
