Quarantine and Cook with Nickoy: chocolate chip bread pudding

Today I am making chocolate chip bread pudding.
Recipe:
1.Evaporated milk or 100% milk (quantity depends on size of pudding)
2. 3 eggs for a small or 5 for a big pudding
3. Mixed spice for baking
4. Nutmeg
5. Cinnamon powder
6. One whole bread(preferable stale)
7. White rum(optional)
8. Sugar ( sweeten based on taste or health choice)
9. Baking pan(recommend disposable)
10. 4 chocolate biscuits(you can use real chocolate)
11. Raisins
12. Vanilla

Directions
1. Place bread in pan as seen in video.
2. Mix all ingredients and sweeten to liking.
3. Add the mixture to the bread in the pan and press to have the break soak in the mixture or be fully covered.
4. Let let mixture and bread rest/ soak for a few minutes and then bake to liking.
5. You can start the baking at 350 and then adjust as the pudding bake.
6. For darker or crispy edges bake pudding on bottom grill in oven.
7. After finish baking, left to cool and serve with condense milk or ice cream.
