Fall is near and I have a lot of pumpkins in my vegetable garden so I decided to use some to make this delicous pumpkin bread. As always, it’s a very easy and quick recipe. I hope you’ll enjoy it!

– 400gr pumpkin pulppolpa di zucca
– 2 eggsuova
– 7gr saltsale
– ground black pepperpepe nero macinato
– 300gr cake flourfarina 00
– 16gr baking powderlievito chimico
– 50gr olive oilolio extravergine d’oliva
