hi my name is Samantha and today we’re
going to bake peanut butter protein
banana bread this banana bread is the
perfect recipe to try out because not
only it is super simple and easy but
it’s also very healthy and it’s very
it only has about 80 calories per
serving so let’s get started first we’re
gonna start with three bananas we’re
gonna place my Nana’s into a mixing bowl
and mash until we have a finding like
consistency I’m using a fork but you can
use a mixer if you want it’s up to you
okay that is nicely meshed together so
we’re gonna add the rest of our wet
ingredients into the bowl first we’re
gonna add two large egg whites then we
are going with 100 grams of fat-free
yogurt and then we’re going to add 50
grams of peanut butter alright
once the wet ingredients are in we are
going to mix them together okay first
ingredient we’re going to go ahead and
put in is 200 grams of oat flour then we
are going with 60 grams of protein
powder I’m using a chocolate but you can
use vanilla or you can use banana and
then we’re gonna go with around 2
tablespoons of sweetener and lastly
we’re adding 1 teaspoon of baking powder
and the last time we’re going to mix all
ingredients together now we’re going to
pour the mixed ingredients into a baking
mold but before we’re putting it into
the mold we have to spray it with the
oil ok now we’re going to put it into
the preheated oven and bake it for
around 30 or 40 minutes as you can see
it has extended perfectly before I took
it out of the mold and let it go for
around 20 minutes now we have to cut it
into 8 pieces okay now it’s that time to
