[Music]what’s up guys welcome to the video sotoday we’re gonna be making a peanutbutter banana protein bread now I didmake this bread the other day onInstagram and everybody was asking memake a recipe video so that’s just whatwe’re gonna do so first off you need topre-heat your oven to 350 degrees sohere’s all the ingredients we need tobake the bread so we do have a mixingbowl and I like to use this bowl righthere for the wet ingredients I like tomash up the banana so that way it’s justnice and easy to mix it all togetherlater and here is a whisk a fork and abread pan so these are the ingredientsthat we’re gonna be using so I like touse jemima is complete pancake mix it’squick and it’s easythis is plaintiff protein the peanutbutter banana flavor this flavor isabsolutely amazing it is a plant-basedprotein and I absolutely love it we’regonna use five grams of baking powdersome nonstick cooking spray five ouncesof cashew milk one large egg and half ofa banana first off we’ll add a pancakemix and we’re gonna use 120 grams thenwe will add the plant to protein andwe’re gonna do one scoop zero out thescale and then we will add five grams ofbaking powderand I like to use the whisk to mix upall the dry ingredients next up we’lladd half of a banana then we’ll take ourfork mash it down and this is theconsistency that you want next we willadd one large egg next we will be addingfive ounces of cashew milk and now weadd our wet ingredients to our dryingredientsthen you want to spray down your breadpan with some nonstick cooking spraythis will make the removal of the breadso much easier and now we add theingredients and this next step is tojust Pat out any air bubbles that are inthe batter so you’re going to want tolet the bread bake for about 25 to 30minutes again ovens will vary so youwant to check it out about 20 minutesstick a toothpick in it pull it out andif there is some little residue on itit’s got to stay in a little bit longerso 25 minutes is the sweet spot for myoven so be sure to just check it andyeah I have my timer running so we’regonna pull it out at 25 minutes[Music][Music][Music]so for total calories we’re looking at658 calories 11 grams of fat105 grams of carbohydrates and 38 gramsof protein now if you did enjoy thisrecipe definitely let me know I can makemore in the future and yeah that’s gonnabe today’s video so please like commentshare and subscribe and I’ll see youguys in the next video[Music]
