One Bowl Vegan Banana Bread | Cooking with Gayatri (Brisbane)

This one bowl vegan banana bread is so moist and full of flavour. It’s always a hit at our yoga and meditation classes & kirtans. Plus – it’s quick and easy!

Can’t go wrong when it takes just one bowl and ingredients you probably already have in your kitchen. And with it being vegan, something you can share with heaps of your friends and family with dietary restrictions.

Can’t go wrong sneaking a bit if chocolate in there either! 😀

We serve this out regularly and people always ask for seconds, so make sure you make plenty of it. It freezes well but you’ll need to store it in the fridge as it doesn’t last long at room temperature.
