How to Make Easy Banana Bread with Cinnamon Crumble
Pan: 20.3 x 7.6 cm (8 x 3 inches)
Preheated Oven: 175°C (350°F)
Bake Time: 50-55 minutes

INGREDIENTS:
~~Cinnamon Crumble~~
55 g (1/4 cup) BUTTER, COLD
150 g (1/2 cup) BROWN SUGAR
60 g (1/2 cup) ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
3 g (1 tsp) CINNAMON POWDER
*Store the Cinnamon Crumble in the fridge before baking. It’s important that they are cold to avoid them melting when baked.
*Please note that this Cinnamon Crumble recipe fits 2 Banana Bread Recipe. Double the recipe of the Banana Bread (below)
~~Banana Bread~~
**SINGLE**
2 – 4 pcs. LACATAN BANANA, RIPE *Use 2-3 bananas for an airy texture, Use 4 for a denser texture.
1 large EGG
118 ml (1/2 cup) MILK
55 g (1/4 cup) BUTTER, MELTED
3 ml (1/2 tsp) VANILLA EXTRACT
150 g (3/4 cup)BROWN SUGAR
120 g (1 cup) ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
1 g (1/4 tsp) BAKING SODA
3 g (1/2 tsp) BAKING POWDER
1 g (1/2 tsp) CINNAMON POWDER
3 g (1/2 tsp) SALT
**DOUBLE**
4 – 8 pcs. LACATAN BANANA, RIPE
2 large EGG
237 ml (1 cup) MILK
110 g (1/2 cup) BUTTER, MELTED
6 ml (1 tsp) VANILLA EXTRACT
300 g (1 1/2 cup) BROWN SUGAR
240 g (2 cup) ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
2 g (1/2 tsp) BAKING SODA
6 g (1 tsp) BAKING POWDER
2 g (1 tsp) CINNAMON POWDER
6 g (1 tsp) SALT
