This idea came from OnePotChefShow – please check out his channel at https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCYvqEiyy1pr5Sel8OtEuoeQ and let him know I sent you!

NO FAIL BANANA BREAD
Ingredients:
5 Large Very Bananas
1 can (14 oz.) Sweetened Condensed Milk
2 1/2 Cups of Self Rising Flour **** OR IF YOU DON’T HAVE SELF RISING FLOUR YOU CAN USE 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour PLUS 2 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder and a pinch of salt.

1 Teaspoon of Ground Cinnamon (OPTIONAL)
1/4 Teaspoon Ground Nutmeg (OPTIONAL)

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 Degrees F.

Place bananas in large bowl and mash then add can of Sweetened Condensed milk to the mashed bananas.

Add the self rising flour (and the cinnamon and nutmeg if using).

Mix all ingredients together until everything is just combined and flour disappears – don’t over mix (it does not matter if the mixture is lumpy – it’s actually better if it is lumpy).

Lightly grease a loaf pan with cooking spray and line with parchment paper (if you don’t have a loaf pan you can use a regular cake pan or baking pan – that’s fine, but cooking temp may change a bit depending on the size and height of your pan).

Pour batter into the lined loaf pan (or baking pan) .

Bake @ 350 degrees for 45 – 50 minutes (or until a toothpick inserted into the bread comes out clean).

Remove from oven and leave on counter in the loaf pan for about 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes, remove Banana Bread from loaf pan and place on a wire rack to cool completely.

Slice and serve!
