NO BAKE CUSTARD BREAD/ V04

For the full recipe,

Ingredients:

Custard Mixture:
2 Eggyolks
50g Granulated Sugar
20g Cake Flour
250ml Milk
20g Butter

Dough:
380g Bread Flour
5 g Salt
60g Sugar
5g Yeast
160ml Milk
2 Eggs
40g Butter, Softened

Procedure:
1. Heat milk and butter.
2. In a bowl, mix eggyolk, sugar and cake flour.
3. Pour milk on eggyolk mixture. Put on low fire until thick.
4. In another bowl, Mix all dry ingredients.
5. Add wet ingredients. Mix by hand.
6. Add and mix butter.
7. Let rise for 1 hour or until double in size.
8. Cut into 8 pcs and put custard.
9. Let rise for another 20 minutes.
10. Cook over heated pan until golden brown.
Serve warm. Makes 8pcs.
