Ingredients
1. Mango Chopped – 1 Cup
2. Mango Pulp – 1 Cup
3. Sugar – 2-3 Spoon (as per taste)
4. Milk – Half Cup
5. Coconut Milk – Half Cup
6. Condensed Milk – 1 Cup
7. White Bread Slices – 7-8 Slices
8. Desiccated Coconut – 2 Spoon
9. Heavy Cream – 1 Cup
10. Canned Cherries – Half Cup
Method
1. Firstly, add crushed sugar to chopped mango cubes and keep aside.
2. In a bowl of mango pulp, add milk, coconut milk, condensed milk and blend together.
3. Dip the bread slices in the prepared mango mixture and place the dipped bread slices in a dish carefully, repeat this process for all bread slices, and set one layer of bread.
4. Spread chopped mango-sugar mixture on the first layer of bread and sprinkle desiccated coconut over it.
5. For the second layer of bread, dip the bread slices in the mango-milk mixture and place it carefully in the dish.
6. Further, in a bowl pour whisked heavy cream and add 2 tbsp of powdered sugar, 1 tbsp of desiccated coconut, and 1 tsp of vanilla.
7. Furthermore, then pour this cream mix over the bread layers and spread evenly.
8. Top up this cream with the chopped mango-sugar mixture and some canned cherries.
9. Let this cake set for at least 2-3 hours in the refrigerator.
10. Then, after the cake is set cut into slices.
11. Finally, serve the mango cake slice, topped with some condensed milk, or can be served as per convenience.
