[Music]Hey hi everybody this is Zoe this isLuke wearing my apron and today we’regonna try to make bread we’ll see ifthis works it’ll be an adventure so tomake this bread we we’re going to addthis is four and a half cups of flourinto my little mixer here and we’ll addmore flour as we need to this is apackage of active yeast this is 2 and1/4 cup of salttablespoon of sugar this is one cup 2/3lukewarm waterhe’s a little scared of the mixer so wehave to knead the dough now I was goingto use a dough hook but my 11 month oldbaby is terrified of the KitchenAid sowe’re gonna beat it by handoh good job so nobody watches my video Ican have this as a home video that’s notvery good looking stairs it’s gonna needI’m gonna need this doughI’m not sure how professional chefs doit but I’ve made bread before and italways turned out amazing[Music]there’s enough going onhe’s very confused[Applause][Music]Oh for me already touch but yeah yeahyeah and now I’m gonna let it rise forabout two hours just gonna add a littlebit of oil and just oil this bread we’rejust gonna use a secret because I don’tknow what I am get you tell this it wasOh Luke isn’t like baking Luke does notlike baking at all our bread has risenand it’s doubled in size and now it’stime to knead it we’re back my littlesous-chef hopefully will be in a bettermood now so now we’re just like we gotour dough that got really big and nowwe’re going to split it in twoLuke is healthyjust gonna flattenum it’s a lip stuff pay attention butI’m going to bethis is the funI think it sounds nice to get kidsinvolved in a kitcheneven they just want to place the plantsin the windowsill so I have one loafit’s ready to go hereI’m just gonna pourI’ve got a little pain in that’s justpart from paper on ita little local on hereand Lwhoa after I form this new low it’sgonna ride for another 45 minutes andnow we’re gonna put it in the oven thisis what looks like after 45 minutesyou’ll want to brush it with butter thenyou will bake it in the oven at 450degrees for 20 minutes this is what itwill look like when it comes out of theoven[Music]so our sandwich bread is out of the ovenmove the eye Lucas modeling our scenewhich read for us yeah it’s deliciousit smells really good now Luke is gonnahave a little piece of it mmm no no hesaid just good thanks so much forwatchingLuke’s gonna have better right now yeah[Music]
