INGREDIENTS:
NOTES:
– Weigh the flour, water, and beer. – Measure the white vinegar, salt, and yeast.
DRY:
15 oz AP flour (or whatever white flour you can get) (WEIGHED)
1/2 teaspoon yeast
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
WET:
7 oz water (WEIGHED)
3 oz beer (WEIGHED) – use the red can Budweiser.
1 T white vinegar
