Lockdown days! Whole Wheat Eggless Banana Bread Baked in Cooker

Today’s lockdown special recipe is eggless whole wheat vegan banana bread which is also trending on internet unlike delgona coffee with ingredients available in kitchen so stay at home stay safe cool healthy and eat healthy with easy go recipe

Ingredients –

3 -4 riped bananas
1-1/2cup whole wheat flour(can opt maida or half half of both maida and atta)
1/2 cup castor sugar( you can reduce sugar to 1/4cup )
1/2cup oil / butter
1tspn baking powder
1tspn baking soda
1/4tsp nutmeg / cinnamon powder
A pinch of salt
1/4tspn vanilla essence
1/4 cup choco chips/walnuts/almonds/sunflower seeds

Method

1 Mash bananas in a bowl and make puree of it.
2 Add oil and essence in it.
3 Take another bowl and sieve all dry ingredients 2 -3 times in it.
4 Add dry ingredients to banana puree in parts and mix it well with soft hands.
5 Add choco chips and mix them .
6 Grease the mould and pour the batter up to 3/4 of mould .
7 Put in a cooker for 40 minutes on low flame, you can also bake in preheated oven at 180℃ for 35 -40 minutes .
8 De mould the bread after sometime and put it on wore rack to cool it completely.
9 Cut into slices and enjoy your banana bread with a cup of tea or coffee.
