4 white bread sandwich rolls (or bread of choice)
8 oz (227 g) softened cream cheese
2 Tbsp (25 g) sugar
INGREDIENTS FOR GARLIC BUTTER SAUCE
1 stick (113 g) softened unsalted butter
1 large egg (room temperature)
3 Tbsp (42 g) mayonnaise
1 tsp (5 g) sugar
1 Tbsp (10 g) crushed garlic
1 Tbsp lightly dried parsley
.75 oz (42 g) grated parmesan cheese
*Bake @ 350º F / 176º C for 15 to 20 minutes

welcome back everybody so today I’mgoing to be doing a popular KoreanStreet food trend I’m making creamcheese garlic bread and believe me whenI say it is so good so to start mygarlic butter sauce I’m going to use onestick of butter this is a hundred andfifteen grams of unsalted butter now I’mgoing to microwave this for about 30 to45 seconds this is already softened soit won’t take long for it to melt okayso this is melted and it’s not reallyhot but I’m gonna just whisk it to sortof help cool it off of it before I startadding my other ingredients now I’mgoing to add a tablespoon of crushedminced garlic you could use fresh garlicI’m actually using garlic paste I haveit in my fridge so I’m using it I’m alsogoing to add some room-temperaturemayonnaise this is around threetablespoons this is one teaspoon ofsugar and I’m going to use 1room-temperature large egg I’m alsogoing to add in maybe a tablespoon ofdried parsley this is lightly dried butyou could use what you have now I’mgoing to whisk and combine well okay sothis is the garlic butter sauce mixtureI’m going to set this aside now I’mgoing to work on my cream cheese fillinghere’s my softened cream cheese this iseight ounces 227 grams of cream cheesegoing to mash this a bit and actuallyeven if it’s softened you could possiblypop it into the microwave for about 15seconds this will helpnow I’m going to add two tablespoons ofsugar be sure to check the descriptionbelow this video for all the ingredientsand measurements now I’m going to mixand combine well now that my creamcheese and sugar is completely whippedand combined I’m going to add it to apiping bag I’m actually using a ziplockbag that I’ve added to a tall glass andI’m just going to place it into my bagokay so once I’m ready to start pipingin my cream cheese filling I’ll just cutthe tip and pipe it in okay so for mybread I will be using these whitesandwich bread rolls that I purchasedfrom my local bakery these weigh arounda little over two ounces each andthey’re about three to four inches inwidth or in diameter definitely use thebread that you find convenient oravailable to you but this is what I’musing today so I’m just going to cutthese and create you can either do youknow the six cut pieces just like thisand this bread is kind of oddly shapedso it’s not quite that even if it wereround or you can just stick with doingfour like this and you’re not going tocut that deep maybe only a third of aninch into your bread if it’s small likethis so kind of open it up just likethatnot all the way through so I’m going tocut a small opening here and then you’rejust going to push thatit’s like thatyeah I definitely can get four I thinksothere we go just like thatthere we go now I’m going to dunk thisin my garlic butter mixtureand this sort of got cold so just getyour hands messy and coat it completelynow with the extra I’m just going tospoon it over my bread just just likethat now I’m adding some shaved orgrated Parmesan cheese right on top justa big dollop like that I’m going to bakethese in a preheated oven of 350 degreesFahrenheit for about 15 to 20 minutes sothe only finishing touch I’m going toadd is a little bit more dried parsleyright on top see hereI think the nice iced coffee goes withthis I hope you give this recipe a try Ihope you like it and thanks for watchingyou
