KABABAYAN BREAD WITH CORN #kababayanbreadrecipe #baking #howtobakekababayanbread

Kababayan bread with corn, pinoy version ng corn muffins.

1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 can Jolly Kernel corn
3/4 brown sugar
2 eggs
3/4 cup milk
2 tbsp vanilla
1/2 cup cooking oil
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 tbsp butter (melted)
1/2 tsp Salt

Procedure:

1. In a bowl combine all wet ingredients milk, eggs, oil and vanilla.
2. In another bowl combine all dry ingredients flour, baking powder, sugar, baking soda and salt.
3. Then add the wet mixture into the dry ingredients whisk until smooth.
4. Add the JOLLY kernel corn mix well to combine.
5. Prepare the muffin pan grease with butter then fill the muffin pan with batter using spoon or scoop.
6. Then bake for 15 – 20 mins. Or until brown. Remove from muffin pan and let it cool.
