Ingredients:
For dough:
250 g (8.8 oz) flour + 20 g (0.7 oz) for kneading
5 g (0.18 oz) dry yeast
25 g (0.9 oz) sugar
½ tsp salt
42 g (1.48 oz) melted butter
125 ml (4.23 fl oz) lukewarm milk
1 egg
For decoration:
250 g (8.8 oz) mozzarella
½ tsp black pepper

For garlic paste:
2 tbsp softened butter
4 garlic cloves
2 tbsp chopped chives
½ tsp salt

For coating:
1 egg white
