I Almost Ruined It…/ How NOT To Bake With Me/ Pumpkin Bread/ Gluten & Dairy Free

Pumpkin Bread Recipe: yields 1 loaf
1 2/3 cups Gluten (or all purpose) flour
1 1/2 cups sugar (I use coconut sugar)
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 tsp. salt (optional)
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cloves
2 eggs
1 cup canned or fresh pumpkin
1/2 cup oil (I use coconut oil)
1/2 cup water
Mix all ingredients in bowl. Pour into greased loaf pan. Bake at 350*F for 65-70 minutes. ENJOY!!!
