How to make sandwhich bread for beginners :)

Hello! This is my second video on youtube. I’m making simple sandwich bread for anybody in quarantine who have a lot of time on their hands and want to make bread 🙂 (This makes two loaves.) This is a very simple recipe and I hope you’ll like it. If there are any problems please write it in the comments and I’ll try to respond.
Ingredients:

~1 1/3 cup of water (room temp.)
~2 teaspoons of active, dry yeast
~2 teaspoons of brown sugar
r~1 egg
~1 teaspoon table salt
~3 to 3 1/2 cups of strong flour (Can also be all-purpose)

Instructions:

1. In a large mixing bowl, combine water and yeast.
2. Once dissolved, Add the brown sugar and stir again.
3. Add the egg and salt.
4. In another bowl, mix the liquids and flour.

(I recommend adding 1/3 cup of the wet ingredients at a time, and then 1 cup of flour. Keep doing this so that the dough doesn’t become too sticky. This is so you don’t end up adding too many wet ingredients and ending up with a sticky dough that will get all over the countertop.)

5. Place flour on the countertop so the dough doesn’t stick.
6. Knead the dough for 4-5 minutes.
7. In another bowl, add 1/2 teaspoon of olive oil and coat the bowl using a tissue.
8. Place the dough in the bowl, and cover using cling film.
9. Let the dough rise for one hour.
10. Once risen, take the dough out and knead it again for 2 minutes.
11. Grease two tin pans, and place you’re dough in.
12. Let the dough rise again for 2 hours this time.
13. Once risen again, place the tins into the oven for 25~30 minutes.
14. Let it cool, and it is finished.

From my experience, this bread is really good for toast and French toast!
