hi I’m Christine from the locker plannerand welcome to another great vegan ketobread recipe yes you love those recipeswhich are kind of yeahhealthy Brad which are not kind of whichare healthy Brad recipes so today youget a devil spread recipes super easy tomake super delicious if you’re on thespicier side of life so let’s hop rightinto for this recipe we need flax seeds200 gramsI just freshly grind them in my blenderif you have a electric pulse mixeryou’re good to gookay next step will be we gonna add ateaspoon no not a teaspoon a tablespoonof baking powder okay since this recipeis vegan and it’s keto we need a eggreplacer I knowflax seeds aren’t egg replacer but wegonna add to this psyllium husk andbecause psyllium husk it’s not the endwe’re gonna add some those are veryreally spicy those are Vietnamesechilies which I just finely grounded myblender and I just thought yeah it’s itmight be spicy no it’s really burningso did us we just gotta and because it’sa devil’s bread it needs some good spicewe gonna add saltmakes everything very well and you’regood to go okay and because this iscalled Devils Brad yes we’re gonna addfresh jalapenos to itthis gives it more a spicy fruity tasteokay if you’re on a strict keto diet youcan just leave the coconut flour out butI just gonna add here one cup of coconutflour to it just to give it a little bitmore texture you know coconut flour hasa a lighter sweeter taste and I thinksweet and spiciness always belongstogether so stir everything very welland then comes my secret weapon how thebread gets to a real breadokay we go here with super hot water Ijust go here with my water cooker and Ijust add some water one at a time thedough should not be too wet you know itshould not be like a soup it should belike a stiffer you will see it like it’sdifferent though you know that you canform it with your hands like like a realpasta the pasta dough make a real breaddough it starts to create some lumpswhich is totally fine and after thatwe’re just gonna add a little bit justonly one at a timethat looks pretty well to meokay and then we’re just gonna fold thisbeauty into a red shape and just fall itpretty well out all into the edges thatit will get a real brat and this willjust hold for like one week for just twopersons if you’re a bigger family thenit might be a might hold a little bitshorter and now we kind of bake thisbeauty on 150 degrees for around about45 minutes to an hour always depends onthe oven my oven is a little older andjust needs a little bit more time sothat’s by 45 minutes to just till onehour that also the core is just bakedthrough I know there are no eggs insideso you if the core is a little bit wetit’s not it’s not dangerous you can eatit anyways but I don’t like a white coreso my friends I hope you enjoyed a superspicy bread please I’ve been on acomment section below what do you wantto see more of vegan keto recipes seeyou next timesame time same place thank you forwatching
