▶️How to make Enriched White Bread
180 g Water
22 g Milk
25 g light brown Sugar
7 g instant Yeast
15 g softened Butter
8 g Pink Salt
▶️Notes.
Pan size-19 cm x 11 cm
Baking temperature- 200°C
Baking Time- 35 minutes
Kneading time by hands- 15 minutes or till thin membrane is achieved
Stand mixer- 10 -12 minutes ,check for thin membrane
