How To Make Bread Upma

INGREDIENTS

Slice Bread (Bread Should Be Chopped Into Small Pieces ) – 10 Pcs
Ginger (Thinly Chopped) – 1 1/2 Tea Spoon
Onion (Chopped) – 1 Pc
Green Chilly – 2 Pcs
Tomato (Sliced) – 1 Pc
Small Jeera – 1/2 Tea Spoon
Urad Dal (Uzhunnu) – 1/2 Tea Spoon
Curry Leaves – 1 Spring
Lemon – 1 Pc
Mustard Seeds – 1 Tea Spoon
Kashmiri Chilly Powder – 1 Tea Spoon
Turmeric Powder – 1/2 Tea Spoon

METHODS

First Cut And Prepare All Items For Making Bread Upma , First Cut Sliced Bread (Chopped Small) 10 Pcs , Ginger (Thinly Chopped)1 1/2 Tea Spoon , Onion (Chopped) 1, Green Chilly (Sliced)2, Tomato (Sliced) 1, Curry Leaves 1 Spring, Lemon 1, After Keep Them Aside .

COOKING

Now Start Heating A Kadai And Pour Vegetable Oil 1 Table Spoon , After Oil Heats Up , Add Mustard Seeds 1 Tea Spoon And Wait For It To Splutter , After Add Small Jeera 1/2 Tea Spoon . Then Add Curry Leaves 1 Spring And Add Ginger (Thinly Chopped) 1 1/2 Tea Spoon .Then Add Urad Dal (Uzhunnu) 1/2 Tea Spoon , After The Raw Smell Of Ginger Goes , Add Onion (Chopped) 1Pc And Add Green Chilly (Sliced) 2 Pcs .Add Little Salt And Saute It Very Well Until Onion Turns Slightly Brown .Then Add Turmeric Powder 1/2 Tea Spoon And Stir Well Until Raw Smell Of Turmeric Goes , Then Add Tomatoes ( Sliced) 1 Pc , And Saute Very Well , Do not Let The Tomatoes Turn Too Much Pulpy .Then Add Kashmiri Chilly Powder 1 Tea Spoon And Saute It Very Well Until Raw Smell Of Kashmiri Chilly Powder Goes Away.Then Add Water 1/2 Cup And Let It Boil , Stir It , Check If Salt Needed , If Needed Add Again According To Your Taste .Then Add Sliced Bread (Chopped Small) 10 Pcs Into The Mix, And Mix Properly .After That Sqeeze The Lemon Juice Of 1 Lemon On top Of The Mix And Mix It Very Well .You Can Add Coriander Leaves ( Optional) On Top Of The Mix For Garnish .Now Bread Upma Is Ready To Serve .
