Let’s make soft, chewy, fluffy bread rolls, very simple steps to follow.
Ingredients:
3 cups all-purpose flour/ bread flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup sugar
1 tbsp active dry yeast
1 cup warm milk
1/2 tsp salt
50 g melted butter
1/4 cup extra flour for kneading
