I always make this bread pudding every time we have leftover bread. A perfect pair for your coffee.
8 slices of bread (cut into small pieces)
2 tbsp butter (melted)
1 can condensed milk (14 oz) Reserve 1/4 for topping
1 can evaporated milk ( 12 oz )
1 can crushed pineapple (8 oz)
1/4 cup raisins
1/4 can condensed milk
Mix all ingredients & bake for 55 mins @ 350 °F. Then pour topping mixture on top & bake for another 10 minutes.
