Pour about 2 cups of self raising flour into a clean bowl.
Add your salt to the flour, add your yeast and mix thoroughly. Add in some warm water and mix thoroughly into a dough mixture. Sprinkle some flour on your work surface and knead the dough. Place the kneaded dough in a bowl and cover with cling film and put it in a warm place to rise. After one hour, take your dough out and knead again for about 10 minutes and then using your rolling pin, roll your dough thinly and place it in a clean frying pan. Place the pan on a medium heat and cover and allow to cook. Flip the bottom side over and allow to cool as well. This bread can be used for sandwiches. ENJOY!!
