Simple White Bread (2lb)
1 1/4 cup warm water (80-90*F)
3 tbsp unsalted butter, diced at room temperature
1 tbsp honey (you can also use sugar)
3 tbsp milk
1 1/4 tsp kosher salt
4 cups AP flour (you can use bread flour but not necessary)
1 1/2 tsp bread machine yeast
2lb loaf size
white or basic setting
light crust (my preference)

This recipe is their basic white recipe with a few changes I have made over the years.
