Making your own bread at home might seem intimidating, but with your Magimix Food Processor, it becomes so easy! Let this bread dough recipe encourage you to make fresh bread at home.
250g white bread flour
5g fresh yeast
Dissolve yeast in water.
Attach dough blade to the main bowl.
Add flour, salt and the yeast and water mixture. Press AUTO for 1 min.
When finished, transfer dough to a bowl and let sit for 2 hours or until double in size.
Gently punch out air. Roll dough out and fold the sides into the centre. Place on baking sheet and let rest for 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 220C.
After the dough has rested, cut a cross deep into the dough. Immediately place it in the oven and let it bake for 30 mins.
After 30 mins, remove bread from oven and let it rest for at least 10 mins before slicing.
