Bread Dahi Vada/Bhalla is an instant recipe using bread. It requires no soaking, no grinding. You can make this quick recipe of Dahi Vada any time with commonly available ingredients and enjoy it.
You can use either brown or white bread to make it.
Please prepare vada/bhalla’s and keep them in fridge covered with either cling wrap or aluminum foil , pour curd and chutneys at time of serving only.
INGREDIENTS:
FOR PREPARATION
GRATED COCONUT- 1 CUP
CHOPPED CORIANDER LEAVES-2 TBSP
GREEN CHILI’S- 1-2 CHOPPED
DRY FRUITS OF YOUR CHOICE- 4 TBSP (I used cashews and raisins)
CHILI POWDER- 1 TSP
CUMIN POWDER-1 TSP
SALT- ACCORDING TO YOUR TASTE
WHITE/ BROWN BREAD SLICES- 6 (TRIM THE EDGES)
FOR SERVING
GREEN CHUTNEY
MITHI CHUTNEY
CURD
FOR DECORATION
POMEGRANATE, BANANA
