How to make a Keto Quesadilla or “Ketodilla” bread or chips substitute.

hi guys today we’re gonna make these I
call them keto Diaz

hi guys it’s me Ruth and I am back with
my modified Chapel we gave it a nickname
what I’m making is called Aikido dia and
you’ll see why in just a moment I’m
going to turn the camera so that you see
this instead of me okay guys so here is
the quesadilla maker that we’re going to
use instead of a waffle maker and this
will make our Kido Diaz little triangles
and I really like it
so I’ll put a link below if you like and
subscribe please use my link as a nice
thank-you maker and I got a little
coconut oil on it right now but this is
what you need and this is what you get
Hey so I’m going to take an egg roller
you know someone’s gonna give me grief
over this but a good handful I would say
1/3 cup
okay half a cup and put some baking
powder about by the level teaspoon about
two teaspoons to medium teaspoons that’s
super heaping but not flat in that level
I’m going to put a little seasoning in
mine so I’m going to put a little bit of
pink Himalayan salt and a little bit of
black pepper
so it looks like this I’m gonna plug in
my quesadilla maker now I did this
recipe or similar to it in a waffle
maker I didn’t use the mini – that
everybody because I already had a waffle
maker and I liked it I liked it a lot it
was good but the waffles are you know
okay too thick and when you make a
sandwich that really adds a lot of
thickness to it and wanted something a
little flatter so we got this right that
little baking powder a little salt the
mozzarella an egg and a little almond
flour maybe a little you want it kind of
like brownie batter texture so it’s not
like runny cake but it’s not it’s not a
dome is just like a sick batter and then
I turn this on I’m going to get some
coconut oil

just coconut oil
put this right in the middle
put it around just a little
[Music]
all right you see how I got it doing
this every way okay okay so while we’re
waiting for that to cook I’ll just go
over the ingredients again this is about
three normal teaspoons full of almond
flour this was a good handful and then a
little bit more so I would say about
half a cup of mozzarella this was just a
shake of pink Himalayan salt and a shake
of white pepper the baking powder I put
in about a level teaspoon just normal
teaspoon not the big continental
teaspoon just a normal sized teaspoon
and then just mix all that up and then
you know you put it inside kind of
spread it out a little bit now you see
I’m gonna move the camera Susie and see
where the steam is coming out okay well
now we don’t see the initial burst of
steam but there is steam coming out you
don’t really see it on camera but
believe me okay so my light is saying
that it’s done I’m gonna go a little bit
longer
okay I’d say it’s been about a minute
passed
okay guys I think it’s about done it’s
been about five minutes so oh yeah this
looks good so I’m just gonna lift this
out just like so
unplug that all right it’s very hot
don’t do this at home with your bare
hands anyway okay so there you go these
are quesadilla keto Diaz um it’s kind of
a cross between a tortilla and the
chapel so in the middle where the
thinner is thinner and crispier and then
in the outer edges it’s more like like
pita bread consistency but I’m loving
these I’m using them for everything for
making like little mini sandwiches like
how if you were gonna make a little
slider it’s like the perfect size it’s
good for you know guacamole it’s good
for all kinds of things that you would
need like just a little bit of bread yes
and they’re really delicious so and it
gives you a different texture than the
chapel the chapel is more harder crunchy
er this is crispy on the edge where it’s
thinner and more like a pita bread
towards this side I really like it and I
hope you guys to do too and I will put a
link below for the quesadilla maker I’m
going to show you real quick this is
what it looks like and this is a good
size plate so you can see it it pretty
much spread out fairly well now all the
way that well some of them all the way
the edge but this one not but most of it
you’re pretty much spread out the whole
width anyways I hope you guys liked it
