The Eat More Plants Official CAJUN SEAFOOD ALFREDO🍃🍃🍃
(100% Vegan)

10-12 oz Bowtie Pasta (2/3 – 3/4 of a package)
2 tbsp Vegan Butter
1/3 cup Scallions, chopped
3 tbsp Garlic, minced
2 cups Coconut Cream (for best results, use brand: Mae Ploy)
3/4 tsp Cajun Seasoning (adjust to your liking)
1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
2 tbsp Lemon Juice
1 cup Vegan Parmesan

mix in pasta. serve and top with additional 1/4 cup Vegan Parmesan and fresh chopped parsley.

please note: the more pasta you use, the less sauce to noodle ratio you will have. but I have included a range so that if you want to stretch the sauce as far as possible, you can.
also, many coconut cream tend to be full of coconut oil and not so much cream (for example: Trader Joes). so I definitely recommend Mae Ploy brand which can be found at all asian supermarkets and online.

2 tbsp Vegan Butter
1/4 cup Scallions, chopped
1 1/2 tbsp Garlic, minced
6-10 Shiitaki Mushroom Stems
8 oz Vegan Chicken (brand: No Evil Foods)
6-8 Vegan Shrimp (brand: Be Leaf)
1/2 tbsp Blackening Seasoning
1/2 cup Coconut Cream
Squeeze of Lemon Juice
1/2 tbsp fresh Parsley, chopped

1/4 cup Vegan Butter
3 tbsp Garlic, minced
3 tbsp fresh Parsley, finely chopped
6-8 thick slices of Italian Bread

[Music]alright guys rainy day today I’m feelinga pasta what do y’all think today I’mgonna show you how to make a Cajunseafood Alfredo some vegan crawfish wishyou’re talking mushrooms so definitelystick around for that I’m also gonnathrow in some vegan shrimp we got somevegan chicken going in there and it’sgonna be like my classic alfredo with aCajun twist if any point like everything you’re gonna needto make occasion seafood Alfredo 100%veganI’m percent plant-based at home you’regonna need some scallions some garlicthese are shiitake mushrooms stems andtoday I’m using these for my craw fishand I’m telling you right now I’m thefirst person to do this on youtube usingshiitake mushroom stem as crawfish andthe texture I’m telling you is very verysimilar y’all y’all have to try thistechnique but just let it be known thateven more plants was the first to do thecrawfish shiitake mushroom stemtechnique y’all got my backalright cool you’re gonna need somefresh parsley some lemon I’m gonna needsome pasta of choice today I’m goingwith thisbowtie pasta this was all they had atthe store cuz everything’s running lowright now because of this crisis butbowtie pasta is pretty good we got somevegan parmesan this is following yourheart vegan parmesan right here we gotour beautiful vegan protein so this isour vegan chicken and this is no evilfoods comrade cluck I think is what it’scalled and right here this is some veganshrimp and this is made by a companycalled bee leafso those are our vegan proteins going inthe pasta today along with thoseshiitake mushroom stems some veganbutter we got that slap your mama Cajunseasoning we got some black pepper allright y’all it’s not waste any time herelet’s get right into this all right gota pot of boiling water right here I’mgoing to generously salt this water andthat’s just to infuse some extra flavorinto the pasta while it’s cooking righthere I got my beautiful bowtie pastadon’t write in the pot with it and justcook this according to the packageinstructionsall right pastas all done let’s juststrain this just run some cold waterover this to stop the cooking processlet’s make this vegan Cajun alfredosauce so I got two tablespoons of buttergoing in let that melt down- this vegan butter I got the whiteportion and the light green portion ofmy scallions going in mixes it did I’mgonna hit this with my garlic mix thisin man that smell it will never get oldalright this has been sauteing aboutfour to five minutes this guard isstarting to turn golden brown on me allI’m gonna do deglaze this pan with somebeautiful coconut cream and I recommendmy polloi for this recipe it’s the onlycoconut cream I buy it’s extra creamy Ilove the quality and that’s the coconutcream that I recommend for this recipealright we’re gonna bring this up to aboil here to this I’m going in with oneteaspoon of this slap your mama maybehalf a teaspoon I got some fresh groundblack pepper a pinch of nutmeg here andsome cayenne pepper here and I like theheat so I’m going in with half ateaspoon of this mix to say all rightthis is boiling I’m just gonna cut thisheat down to low here and let thissimmer this has been simmering for aboutten minutesall I’m gonna do is add the rest of myscallions so the dark green portion ofmy scallions and some beautiful lemonhere going in with some lemon juice anddon’t let any seeds fall in here mixthis in and let this simmer for anotherten minutes alright y’all this has beensimmering 10 more minutes it’s lookingbeautiful let’s give this a taste realquick give it a good mix mmmoh that is absolutely amazing alrightwhat we’re gonna do is remove this fromthe heat and all we’re gonna do here istake this vegan parmesan and we’re goingright in with itjust kind of fold this in you’ll fold inthis parmigianayou don’t want it to completely liquifyon you just melt enough and that’s whywe remove it from the heat first andthis is your finished Asian alfredosauce[Music]last step here take our pasta and we’rejust gonna add it right to that sauce[Music]mix this in[Music]my mouth is watering y’all y’all hearthat oh my goodness looks incredible allright set this aside and let’s make ourvegan proteins and garlic breadall right y’all so I’m gonna black inour proteins today so I got a hot panhere I’m going in with 2 tablespoons ofbutter let that melt downonce that butter melts down going inwith some chopped scallions here[Music]then I’m going in with some mincedgarlicnow going on with my proteins so ourvegan crawfish here aka shitake mushroomstems I’m claiming this technique I’mclaiming it y’all I was the first tomake vegan crawfish which the takimushroom stems right here I got my veganchicken this is a wheat protein orseitan[Music]as well as my vegan shrimp here mix thisin[Music]just gonna deglaze this pan with somecoconut cream herethen I got some of these chef Paul’smagic blackening seasoning and going inwith will say teaspoon of this nextascent five let’s give this a quicktaste it’s deliciousI’m gonna hit it with a little bit moreof this blackening seasoning so we’llsay a half tablespoon total of thisblackening seasoning I hit this with asqueeze of lemon here and we’ll hit thiswith some parsley about a half atablespoon of parsley here mix the samethat’s it y’allvegan proteins all done got a blackenedchicken shrimp and crawfish all rightyou know we can’t have alfredo pastawithout some garlic bread so I’m goingin with a little bit of butter here inmy pan just a touch let that melt downonce that butter melts down going inwith some finely minced garlic mix thatin that right there is a beautiful thinggarlic and butter that is just that’sour and we’re just gonna simmer this ona very low with heat once you see thatgarlic start to turn golden brown I’mgoing in with a tablespoon of freshchopped parsley right here makes thesame the smell from that is just insaneyour really simple I got some beautifulItalian bread slices right here I’m justgonna give them a dunk and flip themover give them a dunk flip them over[Music]just gonna toast this bread up on bothsides y’all keep your heat pretty lowalright let’s give this a good flip hereand that’s it y’all beautiful garlicbread all right here remove this fromthe heatall right y’all let’s get this set up Igot my beautiful garlic bread let’s getthat on the plate[Music]then we’re going on with our beautifulcajun alfredo pasta I’m just gonna hitthis with a little bit of extra veganparm right on top make it rain on therey’all then I got our beautiful veganproteins right here our chicken shrimpand crawfish just gonna get that righton the pasta hereand finally just gonna hit this withsome fresh chopped parsley lemon righthere and that’s it y’allthere you have it beautiful Asianseafood Alfredohundred-percent plant-based let’s see[Applause][Music]all y’all let’s try this so first thingsfirst let’s get some good fresh juicehere you want the pallet with somefresh-squeezed orange juice what shouldwe try first I already know this isgonna be incredible like my fettuccinealfredo is incredible and to make aCajun style with the bowtie pasta thisgarlic bread looks ridiculous thedome mealit is so good all right get you one ofthese right here this is a shiitakemushroom stem and this the texture isjust like crawfish it’s almost like alobster or like a crawfish take this forthe dough mill shiitake mushroom stemthat’s unreal chase that with some morepasta y’all coming closer here get y’allpiece of vegan chicken this is a wheatgluten so this is made from wheat butthe
