4 LARGE EGGS
50G BUTTER
3/4 CUP GRANULATED SUGAR
2 CUPS WHOLE MILK
1/2 TSP SALT
1 TBSP VANILLA ESSENCE
1 TBSP CINNAMON POWDER
80G RAISINS(OPTIONAL)

FOR THE SAUCE:

30G BUTTER
1 TBSP FLOUR
1 CUP WHOLE MILK
1/3 CUP GRANULATED SUGAR
1 TSP VANILLA ESSENCE
1/2 TSP SALT
DASH OF NUTMEG POWDER
